Reba Drury Crawford, 88 of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away Sunday (April 17, 2022) at Courtyard Nursing Home in Marianna, FL. Following an extended illness.
Born in White Oak, GA., her parents were the late Horace Drury and Margaret Parker Drury. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Cleveland Crawford, Jr.; two children, Patricia Lynn Moore, and John Cleveland Crawford, III; two grandsons, Stephen Crawford, and Michael Crawford; two brothers, Stanley Drury, and Michael “Buddy” Drury; and a sister, Janice Safranek.
Reba was an Artist who loved making dolls, painting, and doing anything with Arts and Crafts. She also enjoyed history, genealogy and traveling.
Survivors include her two sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven Crawford (Carole), of Bryceville, FL., Douglas Crawford, of North Little Rock, Arkansas; her daughter and son-in-law, Kay Shuffield (Jimmy), of Jacksonville, Arkansas; daughter-in-law, Marinita Crawford of VA; 13 grandchildren, Shawn Crawford, and Shiloh Crawford, both of Jacksonville, FL., Michelle Recania, of Louisiana, Frankie Creel, Travis Moore, and Tommy Moore, all of Arkansas., James Crawford, Joanna Crawford, and Melanie Heiges, all of Virginia, Adrienne Clegg Wooten, Christopher Crawford, Nick Shuffield, and Jon Michael Shuffield, all of Arkansas.; many great grandchildren; a brother, Conrad “Sunny” Drury, of South FL.; two sisters, Carol Grissett, of White Oak, GA. and Beverly Murdock, of Marianna, FL. Also, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Burial will be held Tuesday (April 26, 2022) at 11AM at Burnt Fort Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Rawl officiating.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta, GA.
