Hickox - Mr. Richard Matthew Lee, 54, of Hickox died early Thursday morning ( July 3,2013 ) at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. after a brief illness. Richard was surrounded by his daughter, Amanda Privett and sisters, Vanita McDonald, and Rita Fowler with two dear cousins, Ginny Harris and Patrica Moschetto at the time of his passing. Born in Lake Wales, FL on July 31,1959, he had lived in Hickox, GA. for most of his life. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew Lee and Bessie Lee Phillips, a brother, Leland David Lee. Survived by his 3 Children and their spouse, James M. Lee ( Leslie), Amanda Privett (Joseph), and Scotty A. Lee (Lee) of Blountsville, AL. and 4 grandchildren, and a special nephew, Ty Lee, along with several other Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends. He was loved and will be missed by many.
