Robert "Bud" Benjamin Roe

Hortense – Robert “Bud” Benjamin Roe, 33, of Hortense passed away Thursday afternoon (April 7, 2022).
Born in Lakeland, GA his parents are the late Susan Nell Spradley Roe and Robert Earl Roe of Hortense.
Robert was a heavy equipment operator for Davison’s Farm and was a thrill seeker. He loved playing with his boys, big trucks, going buggy riding, fishing, being a mechanic and fixing anything he could.
Survivors include his wife, Chelese Katerina Roberson of Hortense; his 2 sons, Ridge Lane Roberson Roe and Carter Lee Roe both of Hortesne; his father, Robert Earl Roe of Hortense; his sister, Mandy Stokes of Blackshear; his niece and nephew, Madalyn Lovell and Nate Lovell both of Blackshear; and also several aunts, uncles, other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon (April 10, 2022) from 2pm-4pm at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
A funeral service will be held Monday afternoon (April 11, 2022) at 3pm at the Chapel of Frye Funeral Home with Pastor James Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Satilla Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Roberson, Christopher Byrd, Kelly Byrd, Spencer Bullard, Brittian Flowers, and Jonathan Propes.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
