Robert Wayne Shreve

Nahunta- Robert Wayne Shreve, Sr., 65 of Nahunta, passed away Sunday (January 29, 2017) at Southeast Georgia Health System, in Brunswick, following an extended illness.

Born in Charleston, WV., his parents were Arnold James Shreve, Sr., and Eloise Markawits Shreve. He was also preceded in death by two children, Michael and Caroline Shreve; and a brother, Arnold James Shreve, Jr.

Mr. Shreve served in the United States Marines and was a retired Boilermaker for Union 126, he loved camping and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Crews Shreve, of Nahunta; his son and daughter-in-law, Robert Wayne Shreve, Jr. (Angela), of Nahunta; his daughter, Angela Gail Peters (Jason), of Atlanta; 12 grandchildren, Sierra Shreve, Robert Bernier, Ryan Bernier, Bridgette Bernier, Aubrey Shreve, Anna Shreve, Madison, Riley Shreve, Layla Shreve, Braylon Shreve, Dallas Shreve, Harley Shreve; 4 great grandchildren; and his sister and brother-in-law, Donna Sue Lee (Marshall), of Orange Park, FL. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
