Ronald "Tinky" Earl Williams

Nahunta-Ronald Earl “Tinky” Williams, 77, of Nahunta, passed away Friday afternoon (April 1, 2022) at his residence, following an extended illness.
Born in Brunswick, GA., his parents were Mathie Franklin Williams and Myrtle Harris Williams. He was also preceded by a twin brother, Donald Williams and several other brothers, Robert, Dan, Wallace, Wilbur, Lonnie, Roscoe, and Willoughby Williams, 2 sisters, Gloria Ann Williams and Delores O’Berry.
Ronald served in United States Navy. He worked many years in road construction as a heavy equipment operator and was of the Baptist faith. He loved working in his yards, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Brenda Foss Williams of Nahunta, 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Crews (Ryan) of Nahunta, Jessica Harrell (Allen) of White Oak, Amanda White (Curt) of Nahunta, and Tabatha Anderson of Macon, 5 Grandchildren, Dalton Williams (Jersie), Abagail Williams, Madison Crews, Allee Harrell, and Katrina Anderson, and 1 great grandchild, Marissa Williams, 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, June Snowden (Marvin) of Folkston, Yvonnie Wainright (C.B.) of Nahunta, Rosella Pittman (Leroy) of Callahan, FL. Also, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (April 5, 2022) from 1 PM-2PM at the chapel.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon (April 5, 2022) at 2 PM at Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Wainright officiating.
Burial will follow in Corinth Cemetery with Military honors.
Pallbearers will be Joe Wainright, David Williams, Daniel Williams, Phil O’Berry, Scott Lambert, and Robbie O’Berry.
Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
