Sandra Dale Joyner

Hoboken – Sandra Dale Joyner, 71, of Hoboken passed away Saturday morning (September 9, 2017) at her residence after an extended illness.

Born in Nashville, GA her parents were Hoke Smith Joyner and Nancy Ludell Harrell Joyner. She is also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Hollis Joyner and Harold Joyner.

Sandra attended the Salvation Army Church in Waycross and loved walking, going to Disney World, Elvis Presley, and doing latch hook.

Survivors include her 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Betty Joyner Pittman (Robert) of Hoboken and Barbara Parrish of Titusville, FL; a brother and sister-in-law, Hoke Smith Joyner, Jr. (Thelma) of Nashville, GA; and also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held Friday afternoon (September 15, 2017) at 12PM at Frye Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kellie Cantrell officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11AM-12PM at Frye Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Hoboken City Cemetery in Hoboken.

Pallbearers will be John Herrin, Will Herrin, David Masulis, Jake Trull, Austin Perkins, Chuck Parrish, Storm Squires, and Danielle Squires.

Family and pallbearers are asked to be at the funeral home by 11:30am on Friday.
