Sandra Regina Hayden

Nahunta- Sandra Patrick Hayden, 66, of Nahunta passed away Friday morning (September 23, 2016) at her residence after a brief illness.

Born in Atlanta, GA. Her parents were George Washington and Emma Lou Wallace Patrick. She is also preceded in death by 3 Brothers, Jerry, Billy, and George Patrick. 2 Sisters, Barbara Lee and Betty Worthy.

Sandra loved reading, cooking, and was of the Baptist faith. She was a Food Nutritionist for School Lunchrooms before her health failed her.

Survivors include her husband of over 50 yrs., William Joseph Hayden, of Nahunta, 3 sons and their spouses, Joseph Keith and Dora Hayden, of TN., Barry Shane and Cheryl Hayden of GA., Matthew Dewayne and Carolyn Hayden of GA., and a grandson she raised, Joseph “Joey” William Buchanan also of GA., 1 daughter, Amanda Regina Hayden, of Nahunta. 12 Grandchildren, Stephanie Deloach, Dillon Hayden, Thomas Shane Hayden, Lyndsey Freeman, Emily Freeman, Emma Hayden, Jay Hayden, Ryder Hayden, Colton Hayden, Angela Weathers, Crissy Foster, and Kaylee Foster. 9 Great Grandchildren, Savannah Deloach, Summer Deloach, Kylie Parrish, Lugnut Parrish, Landon Buchanan, Colton Freeman, Carson Buchanan, Gracie Carter, and Emrie Lee. 2 Brothers and their spouses, Marvin and JoAnn Patrick of Nahunta. Joe and JoAnn Patrick of Nahunta. 2 Sisters and a brother-in-law, Mildred and Ray Johnson, of GA., and Joyce Raney, of TX. Also several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held Monday (September 26, 2016) at 12:00 PM at Frye Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim King officiating.
