Shirley 'Diane' Johnson Stadden

Hortense- Shirley “Diane” Johnson Stadden, 61 of Hortense, passed away on November 19, 2016 from lung cancer. She was diagnosed on October 22, 2015. She was retired from FLETC in 2012.

Diane is survived by her long time companion, Tommy Manning,; one son, James Deal, of Hortense, and one daughter, Kimberly Deal Kirchoff, of Hortense,; five grandchildren, September Deal, Zackary Deal, Cody Deal, Nathan Kirchoff, Zane Kirchoff,; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Denise Howard (David), of Hortense,; Cathy Drake (Ilene) of NY,; two uncles, Norman “Buddy” Spires (Myra) of Hortense,; Kent Johnson, of Waynesville,; two aunts, Sandy Spires Housley, of Knoxville, Tn.,; Virginia Drake Booth (Tommy) of New Orleans, LA.; a very special person in Diane’s life, Dwana Williams Rollins (Tommy), a cousin, sister of the heart, and BFF. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, (November 30, 2016) at 7:00 PM at Frye Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Carr officiating.
