Tammy Faye Dowling

Jesup-Tammy Faye Gibson Dowling, 53, of Jesup died Sunday (April 10, 2011) at her residence after and extended illness. Born in Waycross her parents were Walter and Faye Eunice Gibson, Sr. Also she is preceded in death by a sister, Diane Gibson. Tammy was a homemaker and a member of Christian Life Center in Waycross. Survivors include her husband, Danny Dowling of Jesup; 2 daughter, Stacey Cravey and Casey Munro; a step-son, Bruce Dowling; a brother, Walter Gibson, Jr.; a sister, Laura Nichols; and also several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening (April 12, 2011) starting at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta. A graveside service will be held Wednesday afternoon (April 13, 2011) at 3PM at Satilla Cemetery in Hortense with Rev. Hugh Arnold officiating. Pallbearers will be Derrin Drury, Lee Knight, Darryl Rooks, Randy Flowers, Chad Kemp and Shawn Dowling. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Drury and Hershel Knight.
