Theresa Jean Clyde

Theresa Jean Carter Clyde, 53 of Waynesville, passed away Sunday (October 20, 2019) at her residence.

Born in Brunswick, GA. her parents were David Daniel Carter, Sr. and Beverly Jean Clark Carter.

Theresa was of the Christian Faith and was a homemaker. She loved her family, and taking care of others, she also enjoyed camping and car shows.

Survivors include her son, Jeffery Herndon, of Waynesville; a daughter and son-in-law, Krystalin “Kricket” Franklin (Roy), of Brantley County; 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Blake, and LaylaLynn Viola Jean Franklin; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Bud Carter (Michelle), of Nahunta, Marcus Carter, of Hortense, Wesley Carter (Songi “Sissy”), of Waynesville, and Edward Carter (Kelly), of Brunswick. Also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
