Thomas Joseph Sarro

Nahunta-Mr. Thomas Joseph Sarro,46,of Nahunta died Friday afternoon in Shand's of Jacksonville, Florida from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Jeffersonville, Indiana he was the son of Ronald Bower and Mattie Vanover Sarro. Thomas attended The Hickox Christian Faith Chapel in Hickox,and had served in The United States Army.He worked for The Waggoner's Trucking Company as a Truck driver. Fishing and spending time with his family was his greatest enjoyment. Survived by his 2-sons and a daughter-in-law, Zachary and Amber Sarro, of Savannah, Georgia and Caleb Sarro, of Nahunta, Georgia, a grandson, Dalton Sarro, of Savannah, Georgia, his father and step-mother, Ronald Lee Bower and Doris , of Charlestown, Indiana, his mother, Mattie Vanover Sarro, of Brunswick, Georgia, 2-brothers and a sister-in-law, his twin Raymond and Tami Sarro, of Brunswick, Georgia and Michael Bower, of Charlestown, Indiana, 2-sisters, Lisa Sarro and Mattie Jo Sarro, both of Brunswick, Georgia, also several other relatives. Visitation will be held Friday afternoon (Sept. 6, 2013) from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. at The Frye Funeral Home. A Memorial service for Mr. Thomas Joseph Sarro will be held at 6 P.M. Friday evening (Sept. 6, 2013) at The Chapel of The Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta, Georgia with Rev. Mike Hendrix and Rev. Chuck Allen officiating.
