Victoria Diane Stephens

Hortense- Victoria Diane Stephens, 33 of Hortense, passed away Thursday (October 17, 2024).

Born in Brunswick, GA., her parents are Richard "Brian" Bullard and Michelle Stephens. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ernest Stephens, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Vickie Diane Stephens; and an uncle, Jason Croft.

Victoria loved going to the river, tanning, fishing and spending time with her children.

Survivors include her three children, Michael William Lowman, Zoey Emalyn Lowman and Amalee Regan Lowman, all of Hortense; parents, Richard "Brian" Bullard and Michelle Stephens; a sister, Alicia Harden, of Brunswick; a brother, Zachary Bullard, of Hortense; paternal grandparents, Wade and Wilma Bullard, of Port St. Lucie, FL.; paternal grandmother, Cathy Croft; an aunt, Beverly Taylor; uncles, Ernie Stephens and Jamie Croft; the father of her children and his spouse, Billy and Destiny Lowman, of Hortense; and cousins, Amy and Bob Muggridge, of Mt. Pleasant. Also several other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday (October 24, 2024) from 5PM-6PM at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday evening (October 24, 2024) at 6PM at Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Gill officiating.

The family encourages everyone attending the service to wear pink.
