Wanda Joyce Hendricks

Uvalda- Mrs. Wanda Joyce Paulk Hendrick's,49,of Uvalda formerly of Waynesville, died early Saturday morning (Sept. 3, 2011) at her residence with her family by her side after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico she was the daughter of the late Dewey Paulk and Nellene Gellispe Paulk, of Brunswick. Wanda was a member of The King Memorial Baptist Church in Atkinson and was a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed working on her scrapbook's. Survivors include her husband, Randal "Randy" Dwight Hendrick's, of Uvalda, Georgia, a daughter and Son-in-law, April Joyce and William Daniel "Dan" Music, of Atkinson, a son and daughter-in-law, Joshua Gregory "Josh" and Ashley Julia Hendrick's, of Alma, Georgia, 3-grandchildren, Garrett Randal Hendricks, Braxton Daniel Music and Austin Zane Hendricks, her mother, Nellene Gellispe Paulk, of Brunswick. a sister, Wendy Paulk, of Brunswick, also several other relatives. Visitation will be Sunday evening starting at 6 P.M. at the Frye Funeral Home. A funeral service for Wanda will be Monday afternoon (Sept. 5, 2011) at 2 P.M. from The Chapel of Frye Funeral Home in Nahunta, Georgia with Rev. Claud Goble officiating. Interment will follow in the Knox Cemetery in Lulaton, Georgia. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Vidalia Regional Cancer Center, 1707 Meadows Ln., Suites C & D , Vidalia, Georgia 30474. Pallbearers will be Joshua Hendrick's, Dan Music, Eric Hendrick's, Sammy Hendrick's, Clayton "Bo" Hendrick's and Ronnie Williams. Honorary Pallbearers are Chris Lanier, Randy Gilmore, Dr. Gregory B. Franz, Dr. James Burke. Tom Tompkins, Clay Hendricks's, Leon Wilson, Stanley Williams, Trenton Williams and our family from APM Specialty Services.
