Hoboken – William “Bill” Henry Williamson, 74, of Hoboken passed away early Saturday morning (June 19, 2021) at his residence after an extended illness.
Born in Brunswick, GA his parents were Allen Estees Williamson and Margaret Pauline Beck Williamson. He is also preceded in death by his 2 half sisters, Dale Welch and Gail Welch.
Bill was a retired electrician and was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Brunswick. He was a Volunteer Fire Fighter and First Responder for Brantley County. Bill loved spending time with his grandchildren and family and anything to do with electronics.
Survivor include his wife, Mary Williamson of Hoboken; a son, Allen “Deke” Williamson of Hoboken; a daughter, Kim Williamson of Clear Water, FL; 12 grandchildren, Mersadis Tuttle, Kelsey Tuttle, Dalton Tuttle, Desiree Daffron, Tristan Daffron, Sarah Williamson, Trinity Williamson, Blakelee Boatright, Katie Musgrove, Randy Musgrove, Mason Musgrove and Sara Musgrove; 13 great grandchildren and one on the way; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul & Taw Williamson of Orlando, FL and Charlie & Cheryl Williamson of Brunswick; a sister, Margaret Clark of Savannah; special friends, Cindy & Chris Crews, Rudy Nicholos, and David Little; and also several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
A Graveside Service will be held Sunday (June 27, 2021) at 4PM at Hoboken City Cemetery with Rev. Butch Hickox and Rev. Stanley Todd officiating. Visitation will be held thirty minutes prior to the service, beginning at 3:30PM, at the Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19, we would like to ask all to please follow the rules for social distancing, also face mask are highly recommended at the service. Anyone who does not feel comfortable with attending the service the family would like you to know they understand and covet your prayers.
