William Grafton McClellan, 85, of Hoboken, passed away Saturday afternoon at Hospice House of Waycross, following a brief illness. Born in Waycross, GA., his parents were the late Demory and Vadie Lee Mercier McClellan. He was also preceded by his wife, Colleen Rhoden McClellan,a son, William Grafton McClellan, Jr., a daughter, Bonnie Elrod, and a sister, Elizabeth Loutrell Mcbee. Mr. McClellan was of the Baptist faith. He had worked many years as a mechanic for the City of Waycross. Mr. William loved fishing, and he loved his dog "Bozo" very much. Survivors include, a son and his wife, Bobby and Linda Accord, of Blackshear, GA., a daughter and her husband, Linda and Framan Crews, of Hoboken, GA., his sister and her husband, Loreta M. and Juanluis Viruett, of Blackshear, GA., several grandchildren and great grandchildren, 3 special great great grandchildren, Chloe and Kylie Newman, and Pasly Boatwright. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Graveside services will be held Monday (August 18,2014) at 2:00 PM at New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Charles Florey officiating. Visitation will be held prior to services starting at 1:30 PM at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Juanluis Viruett, Bobby Accord, Keith Duncan, Justin Strickland, and Timmy Crews. All pallbearers are asked to be at cemetery by 12:45 PM Monday. Sympathy may be expressed by signing our online registry at fryefh.com. Arrangements are with Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
